With thanks to Atelier Ellis Architects, since establishing Videre Architects & Surveyors Ltd. we are pleased  to be the Building Owners Party Wall surveyor for an exciting scheme to redevelop a dilapidated building in Cardiff for office use on a very constrained site in Cardiff.

The project in its infancy will involve full demolition of the structure whilst maintaining the gable walls and chimney stack belonging to the adjoining owners. There is also a major railway to the rear and substructure development must be carefully and sensitively considered ahead of serving party wall notices to all respective parties in the coming months
