This scheme includes a ground floor rear extension designed to create a bright, open-plan kitchen and living space that seamlessly connects to the garden with bi-folding doors, enhancing indoor–outdoor living and maximising natural light throughout.

We’re delighted to share that planning permission has now been granted for our residential project. Our services included full feasibility, architectural design, interior design, planning application and our team will now be preparing Building Regulations drawings and coordinating with the Structural Engineer, and we’re pleased to continue supporting the project as Party Wall Surveyor.

RIBA Stages 1-3 completed. Moving into Stage 4 Technical / Building Regulations
