James McCarthy Freeth BSc (Hons) MRICS MPTS having co-founded the company has extensive experience in the provision of technical advisory services relating to all matters concerning construction work adjacent to neighbouring properties. Having led a department for a large central London Company he has a very successful and proven track record in carrying out a diverse range of professional services under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996; from large scale development to small residential construction projects throughout the UK.
His in-depth expertise as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with 20 years of experience including education, retail, residential and healthcare has also offered him a great opportunity to discharge the duties of The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 at the highest of academic levels. As a company we offer the full solution and are not only capable of providing party wall advice but also bring with us project management and cost management services in each sector. Our wide-ranging knowledge enables us to foresee issues and opportunities so we can best protect our client interests.
